Boston Revue: Where were my WiseMen when I needed them? A Review of the North Star on Friend Street

It sucked.

Hello Bloggisphere! Bloggis? Bloggus?

Hey! This blogging thing is awesome. Even if this thing goes high and dry in a month, it will have been worth it! This is almost as awesome as hearing myself talk. For those of you that are hip to it, you already know that the idea to start a bloggy blog came about while dining al fresco with Sister (see Lunch @ Piatinni) on a sunny afternoon. She and I were sitting there, perusing our menus, trying to decide what to order and all we could talk about was other places we'd eaten, who we were with, what they ordered, what we ordered, if we liked it... ...And there, in the middle of Newbury St, while stuffing a hunk of crusty bread in my face, I dedcided that it was time to join the sphere of Blogs and create a review (but spell it 'revue') about restaurants I visit. A blog about the places I eat and therefore, encouraging myself to partake in my favorite activity (besides drunken shopping) of going out to eat??? Uh, Awesome! So here it is! Give the people what they want! Keep in mind that I have several other interests besides eating, which may come as a shock to you: reading, writing, pictures, getting jiggy with it, reality tv, perfecting the art of being a music whore, my iPod, trying to get my boyfriend to buy me a pony, et al. Therefore, you guessed it, you'll find a little bit of that junk on here, too! Enjoy the random, spontaneous awesomeness of this blog and visit often!

The North End Mission

Our biggest goal in life (subject to change at any time, of course, in true Boston Revue fashion) is to eat at every restaurant in the North End at least 1ce. We've made minor headway and have a lot of declicous carbs ahead. Here are the places that we've already horrified with our eating habits:
